Queen's Park have took a major step towards being ready for next season by re-signing two of 2005/06's Spiders stars.

Lanky goalkeeper David Crawford and defender and captain Stephen Reilly, have both pledged themselves to The Queen's cause for 2006/07.

Crawford, had been linked with a move to Motherwell, who were interested in him last summer and Reilly had been linked to Airdrie United where former Spiders manager Kenny Brannigan is now a coach.

This is obviously a big boost, with Reilly and Crawford being stand outs last season, and with the signing of Frankie Carroll also, the squad for next season is taking shape.

Meanwhile, veteran Paul Harvey has confirmed he has retired from football and left Queen's, best of luck Harve.
