The dimunitive McLaughlin, 32, played at Parkhead from 1992 to 1999 before moving onto Dundee United, Wigan, Ayr United, St Johnstone and then Queen Of The South, where he scored a double for the Doonhamers in a pre-season friendly against QP last pre-season.
