Reserve League Cup Semi Final - Queen's Park 0 - 2 Gretna

Queen's didn't create too many chances and the Borders side deserved to book their place in the final with a good performance. The goals both came from poorly defended corner kicks the first knocked in by the head of Berkshire and went in off Ross Dunlop before a second by Berkshire, a fine volley from the edge of the box sunk Queen's just before half time.

QP had some opportunities however, Bowers had a stooping header cleared off the line and the Gretna keeper made a stunning stop to deny a Chris Colquhoun drive early on.

The squad consisted mainly of under 19s and therefore it is difficult to name a full teamline. However, first teamers Richard Bowers, Mark Cairns, Chris Colquhoun and Shaun Molloy all started while Paul Ronald was introduced in the second half.
