The Victoria XI Under 19s lost out by 2-0 in a poor game at Lesser Hampden tonight. The Trialists, made up of former players of the QP youth setup, took the lead near the end of the first half. A cutback from the bye line slammed home from close range.
The Trialist's second goal was similiar, another cutback from the bye line to about fifteen yards out battered home past Xander Cowie in the Vics goal. The Vics best chance in what was a poor performance was a long range shot from midfielder McBride midway through the second half.
