It will be the first competitive meeting between the former rivals since 1991/92 season when both sides competed in the old Second Division. Clyde won 4-1 in the last meeting at Old Douglas Park, Hamilton.

This will be Queen's first ever match at Broadwood Stadium, which is now home of the Bully Wee. The tie will be played on the 5th August, with a 7:45pm kick off.

Meanwhile, Queen's have completed the signing of two more players. John McGrogan and David Murray, who both took part in Queen's pre-season camp in Germany have signed on for the season. Both players are wide players who have impressed in pre-season.
