Queen's Park have resigned promotion winning goalkeeper David Crawford, after he left Dumbarton following a one season spell at The Strathclyde Homes Stadium. 22 year old Crawford, is Queen's boss Gardner Speirs first signing of the summer.
After leaving last summer Crawford shockingly signed for Third Division side Dumbarton, but after a poor season beside the Rock, DC has once again saw the light, and has committed himself to Queen's Park, for season 2008/09.The 22 year old goalkeeper will add to competiton for the number one jersey with Alexander Cowie and Scott Murray already at Hampden, and it will be interesting to see which keeper starts the season as boss Speirs number one.
Crawford made 105 appearances in his first spell at Hampden, and here's hoping he can once again be a success on the southside of Glasgow.
