Clark, 23, was injured in the Strollers 0-0 Reserve League draw with St Mirren. Even though he has not suffered a break there may still be knee ligament damage.
This would be a big blow to Queen's as Clark was expected to return to the first team after The Spiders 6-0 thumping at the hands of Cowdenbeath.
