Spiders Hoping For Miracle

Queen's Park will take their place on Berwick's Shielfield Park ground looking to deny the home side a championship win and make the playoffs.

Though, results elsewhere are needed for Queen's to make it. Lowly East Stirling must pull out an unlikely triumph at Arbroath while Cowdenbeath must beat Elgin at home, a scenario more reasonable than the one involving Gordon Wylde's Shire.

If Spiders are to make the playoffs they will have to do so without an exodus of players out through injury. John Weir, Stuart Kettlewell, Richard Bowers and Kjartan "The Invisible Man" Finnbogason are out while Alan Trouten and Paul Paton are facing late fitness tests.

Also, midfield battler Tony Quinn is suspended after going over the points threshold in the recent 2-1 win over Stenhousemuir.

Whatever happens tomorrow, its been an exciting season with some brilliant days, heres hoping the large Spiders support expected at Shielfield can will our players to glorious victory.
