Berwick Rangers vs Queen's Park - Preview

Queen's Park return to league business once again on Sunday, as Spiders go on the road to face off against old friends Berwick Rangers at Shielfield Park, After a midweek defeat in which a knackered Queen's side were beaten 3-0 by St Johnstone in the Challenge Cup.

Both sides are tied in second place, along with Stenhousemuir, three points behind league leaders East Fife who play tonight against on form East Stirlingshire. The Wee Gers have made a strong start to the campaign despite losing most of the squad which finished 2nd in the league last season.

Despite First Round exits in both the CIS and Challenge Cup's victories over Arbroath and Dumbarton along with a draw against Dirty Rovers have pushed them near the top of the table.

Last season, Berwick got the better of Queen's picking up two Hampden victories. A 3-1 success in August and a 1-0 victory over injury ravaged Queen's in February. At Shielfield, Queen's recorded a 2-1 victory in March, with goals from David Weatherston and Ross Clark but lost the last game of the season 1-0, Spiders ending the match with ten man after referee Mike Tumilty sent off both Paul Paton and Stephen Reilly.

TEAM NEWS
Tommy Murray (foot), Robert Dunn (groin) are both out of the match while Shaun Molloy (hamstring) and David Weatherston (hamstring) are doubtful. Stephen Reilly, previously feared to be out for the season, is likely to feature once again after pulling through the defeat to St Johnstone on Tuesday. Richard Sinclair (calf) is also a doubt.
