Ex-Queen's hitman Frankie Carroll will return to Hampden for the first time since joining Third Division rivals Stenny when Queen's battle the Warriors on the opening day of the league season.

Stenny have been installed as many punter's favourites for the division after they considerably bolstered their squad over the close season.

Chris Fahey, Jim Mercer, Mark McKenzie (All Albion Rovers), Colin Cramb (Hamilton), John McKeown (Cowdenbeath), Joe McAlpine (Forfar), Michael Renwick (East Fife) & Greg Denham (East Stirling) have all also been added which will make it a difficult encounter for Billy Stark's charges.

Andy McGinty returns for Queen's while Alan Trouten (appendix) & Stephen Canning (Leg) have returned to light training.
